Refund Policy

Eligible physical items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition received, with original packaging or tags when applicable.

To start a return, email mccauleyloren56@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

Digital products, downloadable files, gift cards, clearance items, personal-care items, and items marked final sale are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and reviewed. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
